AnyCloud Connect values the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and processed when you use the AnyCloud Connect mobile application.
AnyCloud Connect is an extension application of BizForce360 designed to provide access to configured web applications, services, portals, and other digital experiences through a single application.
The information and permissions required may vary depending on the service or organization you access through AnyCloud Connect.
Depending on the connected service, AnyCloud Connect may collect or process information such as your name, mobile number, email address, login information, device information, notification token, location, uploaded files, images, documents, and information submitted through forms.
Information requested by a connected service is used only for providing the relevant functionality, authentication, communication, or business service requested by the user.
Some services accessed through AnyCloud Connect may require authentication. Login fields may include mobile number, email address, username, password, OTP, or other information required by the connected service.
Authentication information is transmitted to the relevant configured service for the purpose of verifying the user and providing access to that service.
Camera access may be used to scan QR codes, capture images, upload photos, or perform other camera-based activities requested by a connected service. Camera access is only used when required by a feature initiated by the user.
Some connected services may require location information for attendance, field visits, delivery tracking, route management, location-based services, or other business workflows. Location access is requested only when required by the relevant service.
AnyCloud Connect may allow users to select, upload, download, or save images, PDF documents, invoices, receipts, attachments, and other files required by a connected application. Files are accessed only when initiated or permitted by the user.
Notifications may be used to provide service alerts, task updates, transaction information, reminders, announcements, or other information from BizForce360 or connected services.
Microphone access may be requested if a connected service provides functionality that requires audio recording or voice input. This permission is only requested when required by such a feature.
AnyCloud Connect may use QR codes to identify and open configured services. A QR code may contain or reference a service identifier, web address, application configuration, or other information necessary to determine which service should be opened.
AnyCloud Connect primarily operates as a secure gateway to configured web applications and digital services. Different QR codes, organizations, or configurations may open different services within the application.
Information entered inside a connected service may be processed by that service according to its own business requirements and privacy practices.
We may collect limited technical information such as device type, operating system, application version, device language, time zone, and diagnostic information for compatibility, security, troubleshooting, and performance improvement.
We do not sell users' Personal Information.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled through AnyCloud Connect. Supported services are intended to communicate using secure encrypted connections such as HTTPS.
However, no electronic transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Users should protect their devices, passwords, and login credentials from unauthorized access.
AnyCloud Connect may open or interact with services operated by BizForce360 customers, partners, businesses, or independent third-party providers.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the applicable service, maintain required business records, comply with legal obligations, or address security and operational requirements.
